Appointments may be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled through our secure portal, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients are financially responsible for all fees associated with services provided, including co-pays, deductibles, and any charges not covered or denied by health insurance.
