Kelli Sax-Pahl is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health, supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and the ongoing impact of chronic medical and mental health conditions. Kelli is dedicated to helping adults build resilience and clarity through personalized therapy that meets them where they are.
Kelli believes therapy should be collaborative, practical, and solutions-focused. Her approach combines compassion with structured, goal-oriented strategies designed to help clients identify challenges, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. She works closely with adults who are ready to better understand their emotional patterns and take active steps toward greater balance and stability.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and grief processing techniques, Kelli tailors treatment to each client’s needs and goals. She creates a respectful, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where adults can feel empowered to navigate life with greater confidence and purpose.
Kelli brings over three decades of behavioral health experience across diverse clinical environments. Her extensive background allows her to approach therapy with both depth and practicality, offering structured interventions while maintaining empathy and flexibility.
