When a loved one is navigating mental health challenges, chronic illness, aging-related changes, or significant life transitions, family members often experience emotional strain as well. At Equity Mental Health, we recognize that mental health does not exist in isolation. While our services focus on individual therapy for adults, we also provide guidance and supportive resources for families who want to better understand and support their loved ones.
Through in-home therapy and secure telehealth sessions across the East Valley of Arizona—including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities—we help adult clients explore family dynamics, caregiving stress, communication challenges, and relational boundaries. Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) integrate evidence-based strategies to support healthy family systems while maintaining our individual therapy model.
