Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling provides short-term, solution-focused mental health support for employees experiencing personal or work-related challenges. At Equity Mental Health, we offer EAP therapy for adults seeking confidential, accessible counseling services that address stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and performance-related concerns. EAP sessions are designed to help clients stabilize immediate stressors while identifying next steps for continued growth and support if needed.

We provide EAP counseling through secure telehealth and in-home therapy across the East Valley of Arizona, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities. All of our providers are Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and we are contracted with several commercial insurance carriers and EAP providers to make therapy accessible and streamlined. Our office assists with benefit verification and claim submission so clients can focus on their mental health, not paperwork.
