Living with a chronic medical condition or complex health diagnosis can affect far more than physical health. Ongoing symptoms, medical uncertainty, lifestyle changes, and caregiving demands often place significant emotional strain on individuals and families. At Equity Mental Health, we provide individualized therapy for adults navigating the mental and emotional challenges that accompany chronic illness, aging, and health-related life changes.

We offer health-integrated therapy through secure telehealth and in-home counseling across the East Valley of Arizona, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities. Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) specialize in supporting adults coping with chronic illness, new diagnoses, long-term medical treatment, disability adjustment, and the emotional impact of aging. Therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
