Behavioral and compulsive patterns can feel overwhelming, disruptive, and difficult to control, often interfering with daily functioning, relationships, and emotional well-being. At Equity Mental Health, we provide individual therapy for adults struggling with repetitive behaviors, intrusive thoughts, and patterns that feel distressing or out of alignment with their values. Our goal is to help clients better understand these patterns and develop effective strategies for change.

We offer therapy for behavioral and compulsive concerns through secure telehealth and in-home counseling across the East Valley of Arizona, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas. Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support adults managing symptoms related to obsessive-compulsive patterns, anxiety-driven behaviors, avoidance, and habit loops that negatively impact quality of life.
